Crypto influencer Lady of Crypto’s strategy is not to hold on. She plans to cash out her entire crypto portfolio next year.
In a conversation with Hall of Flame at Token2049 in Singapore, the Lady of Crypto said, “I plan to sell all of my crypto by September. I plan to sell 100%.”
“Everyone looks at me like I’m crazy,” the anonymous figure laughs, sinking into a comfortable chair on the 40th floor of the Westin Hotel.
She may have her reasons, but don’t worry, she didn’t fall for the dark forces and pour her money into something safe and boring like a savings account.
“I learned that if I had sold more than I did in the last cycle, I would have made a lot of money. So, things are going to go down again. I’m going to buy again. You know, buy low, sell high. It’s very, very simple,” she says.
Lady of Crypto is a qualified nutritionist living “not far from Manchester” in the UK. She has 538,800 followers who watch her constant posts about the cryptocurrency market.
She got interested in cryptocurrencies in an interesting way: “Like most Britons,” she discovered them in a pub.
Lady of Crypto’s love of cryptocurrencies began in a bar.
In 2020, Lady of Crypto met a guy named Nick through a friend, and like many guys you meet at bars these days, he was talking about the “crazy profits” he was making in crypto.
She was interested in it, so they made a deal: she would help him with his health since she was well-versed in nutrition, and he would teach her about cryptocurrencies.
She recalled the deal as saying, “You feed me and help me get stronger in the gym, and I’ll teach you everything I know about cryptocurrencies.”
Years later, Nick now works for the Lady of Crypto team. Both work full-time in the crypto space, traveling the world to attend crypto conferences.
She has true British roots, so when asked which “football team” she supports, she immediately answered “football” and said Manchester City FC. This was disappointing for me, an Arsenal FC fan.
But she admits she is more of a spectator than a participant.
“I was really bad at soccer,” she said with a laugh.
How did Lady of Crypto gain X followers?
Lady of Crypto said she gets asked “quite a few times” how she gained so many followers on X, but insists there’s no magic formula.
Since she started her account in September 2021, she has been posting nonstop. In addition to writing, she also breaks down the latest crypto news into easy-to-understand and digestible videos. But what really caught people’s attention was her quirky and lively personality.
“I started posting a few tweets, honestly doing something a little bit stupid, just making dumb jokes, saying my opinion on cryptocurrencies, and people seemed to respond,” she explained.

What type of content does Lady of Crypto cover?
Lady says her content covers a “huge spectrum” but at its core, it’s “primarily educational content.”
One of her main goals in writing is to “educate in a way that people can learn” from her mistakes over the years.
She prefers to analyze cryptocurrency projects from a fundamental perspective rather than technical analysis.
So don’t expect her to show you weird charts with squiggly lines and scribbles to back up her million-dollar predictions for Bitcoin like you see on Crypto Twitter.
“Charts may look great for a certain period of time, but if you haven’t done your research on projects like token economics, you’re going to be dealing with long-term health issues,” she argues.

What is Lady of Crypto’s price prediction?
The Lady of Crypto opined that while “everyone is a little bit depressed in the crypto market right now,” she believes there will be a massive price surge in the near future.
“I think we’re going to see a retail recovery in the fourth and first quarters of 2025. I think it’s likely to be a bull market like we’ve never seen before,” she says.
“I think all the pain we’re going through in the market right now is going to be worth it. I’m really excited about Waterfall,” she says.
“I think 2025 will be a parabolic curve.”
But the Lady of Crypto admits she may just be “in the hopium zone” right now. She’s at Token2049 and “everything is very exciting.”
