AI was a fun little plot mechanism for good action movies until it suddenly wasn’t. ChatGPT and all image and video generators have become incredibly better. I wish they would take away my chores so I could spend more time on art instead of doing it, but who am I to complain?
Meet new machine lords in the new Kalamba launch Machina Prize Match slot.
move into the future
One of the most notable elements of the slot is the two glowing frames on reels 1 and 2, which are part of the slot’s K-Cash feature. If you get two identical symbols in two frames that are part of a winning combination, all other instances of the symbols that make up the winning combination will receive a cash amount in addition to the standard winning amount.

During basic gameplay, a free spins meter is added when one or two purple and/or gold cubes appear on the reels simultaneously. The longer you go without triggering a round of free spins, the more free spins you can accumulate.
The free spins round starts when three or more purple and/or gold cubes appear on the reels simultaneously. Additional shiny K-Cash frames will be added during the free spins round, and K-Cash wins will receive a multiplier before being awarded.

If you don’t want to unlock a free spins round the traditional way, the slot’s bonus purchase feature allows you to purchase rounds instead.
Are Machina Prize Match Slots the future we hoped for?
If you plan to bet up to $20 per spin, you can win up to $249,940. This very specific win amount comes thanks to a very specific 12,497x max multiplier. The slot features high volatility and a variable RTP between 96.48% and 96.85%.
Kalamba released the original Machina slot in 2019. Machina Reloaded Megaways and Machina Mini-max were both released in 2022. Anyway, over five years after releasing the first slot in the series, Kalamba has now released its worst-looking entry yet. The 2019 original was clunky and had all the feels of Blade Runner. The reloaded version tweaks the dystopian landscape a bit to give it more of an Alita: Battle Angel feel. What the three previous versions had in common was amazing graphics, especially the backgrounds that brought the world you were immersed in to life. The Machina Prize Match slot throws it all away in favor of low-resolution blurry backgrounds, which is very sad. Other than that the slot is fine, but removing its soul is unforgivable. I give the Machina Prize Match slot a 4 out of 10.
If you’re looking for other Kalamba slots to try, we recommend giving Megaways Duel of the Dead and Wilds from the Crypt a try.
