Experience cryptocurrency gaming beyond P2E
According to Naets, this collaboration marks the company’s “A broader strategy to advance blockchain gaming beyond traditional play-to-revenue models and technologies in its own right..”
Naets added that the goal is to put gamers as the driving force of the creator economy through an alliance focused on promoting meaningful utility as part of Web3 gameplay mechanics.
As both projects aim to drive further adoption of cryptocurrency gaming, Moonbeam will provide subsidies and Animo will leverage Moonbeam’s technology to facilitate gamers’ acquisition and holding of in-game assets.
The integration allows gamers to access assets such as Web2 or Web3 in a single marketplace. Naets noted that the convenience this brings could increase interest in blockchain gaming.
