In French mythology, the tarrasque is a combination of a lion, a bear, and a snake, with a turtle shell. According to the story, Saint Martha accidentally ate a human snack, took out some holy water and a cross, tamed it like a seasoned zookeeper, and then marched her to town with a belt tied around her neck like a leash. But in a story as old and as predictable as a rerun, the villagers gave the classic ‘welcome carriage’ treatment, complete with a hail of stones and spears.
In Print Studios’ version of the story, as told in the supplier’s Tarasque slot, the beast escapes Martha’s control and all sorts of chaos ensues.

Tarasque slot uses cluster pay. This means that the winning amount is awarded when five or more identical symbols touch vertically or horizontally. There are a total of 64 slot positions. This means that the paytable has a lengthy breakdown of the size of the win each combination will pay out.

In addition to cluster payouts, the slot also features cascading reels. This slot mechanic removes all symbols associated with a winning combination, allowing new symbols to fill the empty spots. Then there are the morphing symbols. Every spin, one of the slot symbols is chosen as the morphing symbol and all instances of that symbol on the reels are given a blue border. If the selected morphing symbol is included in a winning combination, the symbol will morph to create a new, bigger winning combination.

The entire slot is beautifully constructed with fantastic graphics, fun animations, and attractive bonus features. A 10 out of 10 isn’t enough for the Tarasque slot. I consider this a first 11 out of 10!
