Decades from now, a lot will be said about the early days of Ethereum. We’ll remember how a unique and powerful technology began to change the landscape of trust on the Internet. Some people might remember being skeptical, while others might argue that they knew all along that it would change the world. These future stories are out of our reach because everything is overshadowed by the challenges and uncertainties of the present moment.
But there are other stories we need to hear right now. people’s stories; Their learning, growth, hopes, and experiences. The Ethereum Foundation’s Next Billion Fellowship seeks out individuals who have stories to tell us today and projects that will propel us tomorrow.
From today until January 15, 2024 Applications are open for Cohort 4 of the Next Billion Fellowship.. Over the course of six months, NxBn Fellows will explore and work on projects that represent their personal quest for a better future with the help of peers/mentors from across the Ethereum extended universe.
There are no strict guidelines for NxBn Fellowship projects or stories. Projects from previous cohorts This includes research, building proofs of concept, and plans to ‘expand the collaboration’ outside the web3 space. The NxBn Fellowship is just a small story part of a bigger story. New fellows have typically already begun their journey and will continue to work on their projects long after their fellowship ends. The only requirements are that fellows must be able to openly and seriously express the context of their project and share their words (or code) openly with the community. Thank you for your interest, and we look forward to hearing from you.
