NVIDIA has a partner relationship with GE HealthCare and uses AI to improve autonomous diagnostic imaging to improve global medical access and efficiency through innovative technology.
According to NVIDIA NEWSROOM, NVIDIA has announced strategic cooperation with GE Healthcare. This partnership aims to improve the function of the diagnostic imaging system so that it can be more efficient and accessible worldwide.
Autonomous image development
This collaboration focuses on integrating AI into a medical imaging system, which can autonomously handle complex workflows such as patient positioning, image acquisition and quality evaluation. This initiative is driven by NVIDIA ISAAC for Healthcare Platform, simplifying research and development processes by promoting simulation of medical devices and environments.
Solving global medical problems
Nearly two -thirds of the world’s population lacks access to the required diagnostic imaging, so if you integrate robotics into imaging systems, it is expected to bridge this gap. KIMBERLY POWELL, the vice president of medical care in NVIDIA, emphasized the importance of AI in solving demand for increasing demand for medical services, and emphasized collaboration as a stage to expand access to life -saving diagnosis worldwide.
Innovative simulation technology
The NVIDIA ISAAC platform provides a comprehensive tool product line, including pre -prevention AI models and physical -based simulations. With this tool, medical service providers like GE Healthcare can test and verify new technologies in the virtual environment before the actual deployment. This approach not only accelerates development, but also ensures safety and efficacy.
Improvement of medical robot ecosystems
In addition to imaging, NVIDIA’s platform supports a wide range of medical applications, from surgical simulation to cardiovascular mediation. Early adapters of this technology, such as Moon Surgical and Neptune Medical, are already seeking the potential to revolutionize medical robotics.
Collaboration includes the integration of simulation tools and medical sensors in ecosystem partners such as Ansys, Franka and Kinova, further expanding the function of the NVIDIA ISAAC platform.
