NVIDIA introduces HealthCare for Healthcare, an AI -centered platform for medical robotics, to solve AI model training, simulation and real -time distribution problems.

NVIDIA has released the latest innovation ISAAC for Healthcare. According to NVIDIA, this new framework is designed to solve the complex tasks faced by developers to create an AI -centered robot system for medical applications.

AI -centric medical robot engineering challenge

To integrate AI into a medical robot, you need to overcome multiple obstacles, including synthesis of anatomical data, the production of biomechanical simulations, and smooth arrangements of the AI model in the actual clinical environment. ISAAC for Healthcare Framework aims to provide solutions by providing a overall approach that combines AI computing, simulation environment and runtime computing.

Main components of medical ISAAC

Medical ISAAC integrates some advanced technologies to promote the development of medical robots.

  • Mona: Provides pre -prevention models and AI frameworks for generating synthetic anatomy data for simulation workflow.
  • Nvidia omniverse: It provides a simulation platform to create a virtual environment that can safely train the robot system.
  • NVIDIA HOLOSCAN: It supports real -time sensor processing and robot distribution.

These components enable policy training on various medical robot applications such as digital prototyping, HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) tests, and surgery, imaging and auxiliary robots.

Application and workflow

This platform supports two major workflows: automation of sub -operations and autonomous robot ultrasound. Through this workflow, developers can create digital twins and use high -fidelity simulations for AI model training and evaluation. For example, surgery sub -work automation workflow utilizes digital twins, reinforced learning and imitation learning for expandable AI -centric surgical automation.

In autonomous robot ultrasound, developers can simulate ultrasound and explore various scanning angles and anatomical changes without the limits of physical laboratory.

Industry adoption and partnership

Early adapters, such as virtual incisions, moon surgery, and naval medical care, are already exploring ISAAC’s ability for health care. These cooperation focuses on developing robot endoscopy through surgical precision, developing autonomous robots, and realistic simulations.

Major robot arm suppliers, such as KINOVA and Franka, offer robot cancer in preparation for simulation, contributing by enabling rapid prototyping and placement of autonomous functions on medical devices.
