Since its official launch in late July 2024, POPG has focused on fostering a vibrant community of blockchain enthusiasts and entertainment enthusiasts. Designed to solve real-world problems and provide a fresh perspective on how people engage with the entertainment they love, the POPG Web3 ecosystem has three key projects in the pipeline: a rewarding VIP system called POP.VIP, a responsible iGaming platform called POP.GAME, and an exclusive events access portal called POP.LIVE.
Four words define the vision of the ecosystem: fun, exclusive, innovative and engaging. A new and improved experience for those who want to build the next level of entertainment. POP.VIP is the first project to be launched, giving fans, the term POPG uses to describe its users, the opportunity to store tokens and earn rewards that can later be exchanged for entertainment services and products. It also entitles them to access the premium event platform (POP.LIVE) later on.
Sticking to one of POPG’s core messages of being made by fans for fans, POP.VIP will be live with community participation at every stage of the project. Fans on X and Telegram were invited to decide on the name of the VIP tier that would be implemented on the platform. After a 7-day vote, the group chose their favorite option, which will be adopted once the platform goes live in the near future.
This is just the beginning, but it shows a very solid initiative in how the project will operate with a community-centric approach. POPG believes that the sustainability of the ecosystem depends on the interaction and satisfaction of the community. This ensures that the project is not only made for the fans, but also by the fans.
POPG has organized its first meetup in Dubai, expanding its reach from digital to real life. Web3 enthusiasts, experts and influencers gathered to exchange knowledge and insights to take the project to the next level. This is just the first of many meetups the team plans to hold and attend in the near future. The POPG community will be joining the Blockchain Life 2024 event in October, creating a space for entertainment enthusiasts and fans to come together and build the future of the project.
