SEC and SUI ETF canary capital files

Canary Capital has applied for the Exchange-Traded Fund (SUI ETF) proposed by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

March 17th Form S-1 filing Together with the US regulator, encryption investment companies have requested to list the Canary sui ETF. The documents did not include information about what the proposed ETFs are traded or what the proposed quote symbols are traded.

SUI ETF submission is the sixth proposed Crypto ETF of Canary Capital.

canary Sui ETF is the sixth encryption fund proposed by an investment company. Over the past few months, the company has submitted offerings for ETFS that tracks Solana, XRP, Litecoin, Hedera and Axelar.

US President Donald Trump said he plans to ease regulations on digital asset space. This promise ended a new encryption ETF with SEC. However, the SEC decided to delay the decision of various encryption ETF reports.

Hester Pierce Chairman said in February that in February, the US regulatory authorities are waiting for President Trump’s Senate for Paul Atkins, chairman of the SEC chairman.

After several delays due to financial disclosure, the Senate’s confirmation of Atkins was set to March 27.

SUI will be submitted after a partnership with Trump’s World Liberty Financial.

The price of the SUI has experienced a slight increase in the last 24 hours to trade at $ 2.29 based on EST 2:08 AM. This gain has been added to the positive weekly performance of encryption and is currently 5% in green. CoinmarketCap data.
