Separated Witness – How can a replacement happen with a TX with lower fees and charges?

I saw tx A being replaced by tx B. Here B had lower commissions and commissions than A and was aired later. How is that possible?

Below are the txs details.

• Tx A: followed
• Tx B: segwit, ―t―a―p―r―o―o―t―, ―R―B―F―, full RBF

Can anyone help me understand?
