The stage is set for a federal judge to decide how long Sam Bankman-Fried can spend in prison. The U.S. Department of Justice and the defense team have now submitted their respective arguments, as well as statements from FTX creditors (for the prosecution) and Bankman-Fried’s family and friends (for the defense).
