The popular Solana (SOL)-based memecoin continues to soar after being listed on leading cryptocurrency exchange Binance.
According to a new announcement, Binance is launching perpetual futures trading for MYRO, a dog-themed memecoin built on the Solana blockchain.
Binance says:
“To expand the trading selection available on Binance Futures and improve the trading experience for users, Binance Futures will introduce MYROUSDT perpetual contract and 1000PEPEUSDC perpetual contract on 2024-03-05 08:30 (UTC) and 2024-03-07 08. We are planning to release a contract. Each offers leverage of :30 (UTC) and up to 50x.”
After reaching an all-time low of $0.001995 on November 12, the month of its launch, Myro has surged more than 13,370% as of this writing. After the Binance announcement, Miro continued to rally. The token is trading at $0.26 at the time of this writing and is up over 54% in the last 24 hours.
Binance also announced that it is listing Solana-based memecoin Dogwifhat (WIF) for trading on its platform.
Binance says:
“Binance will list Dogwifhat (WIF) and open trading for this spot trading pair at 2024-03-05 14:00 (UTC).”
Binance is attaching seed tags to WIF. Exchanges apply seed tags to less liquid tokens that are more volatile. Users who own tagged assets must pass a quiz every 90 days to ensure they are aware of their inherent risks.
Dogwifhat is trading at $1.26 at the time of this writing, an increase of over 83,433% since hitting an all-time low of $0.001555 on December 13, 2023.
