Telegram introduces six new features, including the integration of a gift blockchain, user interaction on the platform and strengthening participation.
According to Telegram, Telegram has announced an important update to introduce six new features that integrate blockchain technology with the platform to improve user experience. This update on January 24, 2025 provides an innovative way to interact and participate in the user through gifts that can be worn, moved to blockchain, and shared on multiple channels.
Try wearing your own unique gift
One of the most prominent features is that you can wear the collection of gifts in emoticons. This feature allows users to upgrade the gifts to the collection, and the collection can be displayed in a shiny emoticon state in the profile. This not only personalizes the user’s profile, but also adds a dynamic visual element that matches the background and symbols of the collected gifts.
Move the gift to the blockchain
In response to the increase in blockchain integration, the telegram is now allowed to transmit or auction futures through the ton blockchain. This feature allows users to permanently control gifts even if they cannot access the telegram account. By moving the gift to the Ton wallet, the user can connect it to an external service, including auction sites that provide additional benefits to collectible products.
Send a gift to the channel
Telegram users now send gifts to the channel to celebrate a special day. These gifts are noticeably displayed in the channel profile, so subscribers can upgrade the futures using the star before sending.
