The SEC sued Terraform Labs earlier this year after similar complaints were filed against other major players in the cryptocurrency industry. The lawsuit was filed just months after the infamous depegging of Terraform Labs’ algorithmic stablecoin UST, which plunged the cryptocurrency industry into a deep winter.
