Enhanced Realism and Immersion with NVIDIA ACE
At the heart of UneeQ’s technology is Synanim, a proprietary AI animation system derived from ‘synthetic animation’. Synanim allows digital human avatars to convey complex emotions such as kindness, empathy and warmth by coordinating a wide range of movements and emotional expressions in real time. The system goes beyond facial expressions to control subtle details such as breathing rate and weight shifting, enhancing realism.
To achieve these lifelike interactions, UneeQ integrated NVIDIA ACE microservices into Synanim. The core component is NVIDIA Audio2Face (A2F), which provides realistic facial animation and lip sync while speaking. This integration creates synchronized, natural voice-visual representations that significantly enhance the user experience by ensuring low latency and highly believable conversations.
Driving success and customer trust
UneeQ’s digital humans are designed to deliver personalized, emotionally impactful interactions across a range of scenarios, from e-commerce and customer support to sales training. This adaptability allows UneeQ’s clients to deliver exceptional customer experiences, whether in the cloud or on-premise.
For example, UneeQ’s digital humans were deployed at Deutsche Telekom to educate users about their home internet needs. By performing diagnostics and suggesting connectivity strategies, these digital humans significantly increased customer trust. Within a few weeks, Deutsche Telekom doubled its online conversion rate, ultimately increasing it by 5.8 times.
