Vodafone uses Langchain and Langgraph to implement AI drive solutions to optimize data operation and improve performance indicators and information search in the data center.
VODAFONE, a prominent telecommunications provider that provides more than 340 million customers throughout Europe and Africa, began an innovative journey by integrating advanced AI technology and optimizing data operation. According to Langchain, Vodafone aims to simplify performance indicators and information search processes using Langchain and Langgraph.
AI -based solution for improved operation
Vodafone has developed an AI assistant that provides engineers with intelligent data access and insights by utilizing natural language processing to pursue operational efficiency. This AI tool helps Vodafone’s engineering team to solve complex tasks related to real -time performance analysis and infrastructure management within the data center.
To support engineers, two major AI -centric applications have been distributed to Google Cloud.
- Performance metrics monitoring (Insight Engine): This assistant converts natural language queries to SQL so that engineers can access important data in the monitoring system. This approach facilitates dynamic and data -based insights without custom dashboards.
- Information search (mystery): This tool simplifies access to the technical documents and resources stored in MS-SharePoint. Engineers can efficiently verify the design, search for inventory details, identify tissue contacts to significantly reduce the time required for manual documents.
Langchain and Langgraph: The central of AI Initiative
Vodafone can select Langchain for composable framework, including document loaders, models, and vector databases, so that the AI application is rapid prototyping and deployment in AI applications. The integration of various LLMs, such as Openai’s models, LLAMA 3 and Google’s Gemini, allowed Vodafone to optimize the performance for various use cases.
LANGGRAPH further enhances the function of Vodafone by promoting multiple agent workflow generation. The modular agent design has built a sophisticated AI system with adjustment between agents, allowing the API to integrate the API smoothly into the ecosystem of Vodafone.
Future plans with Langsmith
In the future, Vodafone plans to further improve the AI application by integrating Langsmith. Langsmith provides comprehensive life cycle management, including debugging, evaluation and performance tracking, to verify that the application is functional and consistent with user needs.
By utilizing these high -end AI frameworks, Vodafone is ready to expand the Genai pipeline into an additional data lake and build a more sophisticated multi -agent system to improve data operation and infrastructure management.
