Vortex Imaging introduces the vortex360, the same ultrasound device as NVIDIA Jetson runs, enabling advanced office diagnosis and enlarged access to medical imaging.
Israel’s innovative medical imaging device developer Vortex Imaging has released a breakthrough solution to improve the diagnostic ability of the medical office. According to the NVIDIA blog, VORTEX, which has partnered with NVIDIA, developed the Vortex360, a small and powerful device that brought ultrasonic imaging such as CT to a medical service provider, according to the NVIDIA blog.
You need accessible imaging
Despite the development of technology, many medical professionals are still having difficulty accessing diagnostic imaging tools in the office. Traditional CTs and MRI scans require significant infrastructure and are often limited to hospitals or professional centers. Although it is portable, ultrasonic machines generally provide patient requests for external facilities, and diagnosis and treatment delay are required.
Introduction of Vortex360
Vortex360 solves these limitations by combining advanced diagnostic functions with user -friendly designs. Depending on the size of the game console, the device is easy to maneuver and docks to the waist height cart for diagnosis in the office. The Vortex360 uses NVIDIA Jetson for image computing and cloud -based GPUs, providing high -quality 3D images quickly to revolutionize the imaging environment.
Advanced cloud -based imaging
The center of the whirlpool system is the original FULL WAVEFORM Version (FWI) technology developed for Earth’s physical exploration. The FWI allows the reconstruction of the high -resolution image that surpasses the traditional ultrasound method by modeling the overall acoustic wavelength. The Vortex360 uses the reflective data set to simplify the process, enabling the creation of high quality images without complex hardware.
Performance and expansion
By utilizing the power of the NVIDIA GPU, Vortex switches from the CPU -based architecture to a GPU -only model, greatly improving the speed and efficiency of the image processing. Edge computing through NVIDIA Jetson improved its performance by 20 times compared to previous CPU -only solutions, promoting immediate images at the time of treatment.
Imaging access expansion
The Vortex360 democratizes medical images, making it easier to approach. The ease of use can be used to reduce the delay in recommendation and accelerate clinical decisions by allowing clinic diagnosis. In addition, adaptability is suitable for rural and remote areas that require minimal training. The generated standardized data set is ideal for AI model training and further supports clinical decisions.
I am looking for it in the future
By integrating the edge processing with the expandable cloud computing, Vortex finances traditional imaging hardware to make it more accurate, accessible and inexpensive. As a member of the NVIDIA Inception Program, Vortex continues to develop AI -based imaging functions to change the future of diagnostic imaging.
