“Option means wallet developers have the right to enact blacklists,” Austin Federa, head of strategy at the Solana Foundation, said during the panel. “Almost every wallet in every ecosystem filters out spam NFTs and spam tokens. Users can always make something public if they want to, but the core network must remain permissionless.”
