Bankman-Fried I was sentenced In March, he was sentenced to nearly 25 years in prison and ordered to pay $11 billion in losses to investors and lenders.

On Monday, Ellison’s attorney asked a judge to redact some information that could put her at risk.

“As the Court knows, Ms. Ellison has been the focus of intense media scrutiny and Internet fascination since the inception of this case, including attempts by Sam Bankman-Fried to release Ms. Ellison’s personal information to the press,” Ellison’s attorneys said. “Because Ms. Ellison’s friends should not be subject to harassment and exposure simply because they wrote a letter to the Court, Ms. Ellison seeks permission to redact their names and other identifying information from the public version of the letter and from her sentencing memorandum.”

Ellison’s attorney also asked that information about her residency be removed.

“Ms. Ellison requests permission to redact information that could expose her to further harassment and threats to her safety, including information about where she lives, her partner, and the organizations for which she volunteers,” the filing states.
