The development, reported by Manta Network, aims to improve trading efficiency through the integration of advanced technologies.

Enhanced User Experience with Fast Finality

Manta Pacific, a renowned modular Layer 2 (L2) solution, will benefit from rapid finality by reducing the traditional multi-day transaction confirmation period to just minutes. This is especially important for users who previously had to endure a three-day challenge period to confirm their transactions. The integration ensures a near-instant withdrawal experience, improving overall user efficiency and cross-chain communication.

The fast finality mechanism is achieved by leveraging Symbiotic’s flexible vault system, which manages operators’ stakes and guarantees block finality commitments. This process leverages an additional layer of cryptoeconomic stakes, allowing transactions to finalize more quickly and reliably.

Reclaim $MANTA for security

Upon mainnet launch, users will be able to re-use $MANTA, the native token of the Manta Network, to enhance network security. This initiative is the first of its kind for any OP Stack deployment and demonstrates Manta Network’s commitment to pioneering technologies that improve user experience.
