The recent appointment of the two co -executive directors and the chairman is part of a wide range of efforts to strengthen the Etherum Foundation, which is designed to ensure vision, strategic and balanced execution, technology direction and ecosystem development. This blog is intended to clarify the structure of the management team and the board of directors.
New management (strategy and operation execution)
EF’s joint EDS will lead and run with other executives. EF Management Member’s plans, decisions and other new changes can be regularly listed.

Board of Directors (Director and Vision)
The EF Board is the same as the Security Council, which protects the heart and soul of the EF and complies with the Swiss Foundation. The board of directors sets its vision and supervises the high -level strategy and decision of the management. The board of directors is also responsible for selecting executive directors and terminating management if necessary. The current board of directors includes:

- VerseChairman -Set the vision of the Ether Leeum Foundation with other board members. Management of major external relations

- HSIAO-WEI WANGCo-executive director-acting as a bridge between the board of directors, executives and executives.
The Board of Directors shared the vision of guiding management, principles and goals with management over the next few years. We expect the board of directors to be strengthened to better perform the mission over time.
The joint EDS appointment of TOMASZ and HSIAO-WEI WANG is a non-traditional decision, but it is a decision that can complement each other in a busy time for both Etherrium ecosystem and EF.
TOMASZ will allow EF to lead to powerful and comprehensive changes based on his grasping of community and technical demands while EF participates in other companies. The Board of Directors and Tomasz agreed to the EF’s joint role in two years to take advantage of their proven strategic execution and experience in the EF.
HSIAO-WEI’s dual boards and ED roles will help her to play a bridge between the board of directors and executives with the eyes of her organization that provides a deep understanding of history and places in addition to her research experience.
