Not to mention Argentina’s recent move to leverage El Salvador’s Bitcoin strategy. Cardano’s Charles Hoskinson hints at expansion in Argentina
Supporting the idea that Cardano is eyeing a potential expansion into Argentina, Dario Epstein, Director of Research For Traders, also shared an interesting update on social media platform X. He is a third generation technology company specializing in blockchain and we are currently in talks with him. Although he didn’t mention Cardano, this decentralized government-focused company fits exactly the profile he mentioned.
Epstein also noted that the company is seeking to set up in Argentina to develop knowledge and technology applications.
The connection between Epstein’s post and Cardano stemmed from Hoskinson’s response to his post. The Cardano founder was full of praise for Argentina, and he welcomed the native Argentine talent he had to work with. that wrote:
“Argentina has some of the best talent in our industry and it has been an honor to work with them.”
To top it all off, President Milei reposted Hoskinson’s response, offering to provide the best support needed to bring this new technology collaboration to fruition.
Meanwhile, Argentina has recently been in the news for its growing cryptocurrency efforts. In early May, Argentina’s National Securities Commission (CNV) began cooperation with El Salvador’s National Commission for Digital Assets (CNAD).
