The crypto strategist, known for his apt altcoin predictions, believes that the underlying assets of Layer 1 projects are showing signs of witnessing their first uptrend.
Top trader Blunts told his 275,200 followers on social media platform X that Saga (SAGA) is ready to trigger a major rally after breaking out of an inverse head and shoulders pattern (IHS).
IHS is generally considered a bullish reversal pattern as it indicates that investors are no longer waiting for prices to return to lows and are buying the asset.
Bluntz says:
“I think SAGA has the best structure among mid-cap stocks in the $200 million range and is a relatively new coin that hasn’t had an early run yet.
A significant increase in volume led to an IHS bottom breakout.
I think you can get several easily.”
At the time of writing, SAGA was valued at $2.46 and had a market cap of over $251 million.
Blunts is also bullish on the Binance Smart Chain-based mimecoin Simon’s Cat (CAT). According to the top trader, CAT will be the best cat-based mimecoin in this bull cycle, and he thinks the coin will surge to a $1 billion market cap.
“Everyone thinks POPCAT will be the winning cat coin this cycle, but I don’t think so. I think CAT will win.
I think Simon’s Cat is widely known to the general public and is very popular on the charts.
