Deep-pocketed cryptocurrency traders are suddenly moving hundreds of millions of dollars worth of Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and other digital assets to popular cryptocurrency exchange platforms.

High-net-worth investors are moving $400 million worth of flagship cryptocurrency assets and $70 million worth of top altcoins, according to new data from whale-watching platform Whale Alert.

Trades involving BTC and ETH on Whale Alert’s radar include:

  • 3,979 BTC worth $175,237,686 was transferred to Coinbase from an unknown wallet.
  • 2,244 BTC worth $97,937,208 was transferred to Coinbase from an unknown wallet.
  • 1,040 BTC worth $45,608,237 was transferred from Coinbase to an unknown new wallet.
  • 1,999 BTC worth $87,662,421 was transferred from Kraken to Bitfinex.

At the time of this writing, Bitcoin is trading at $43,543 and Ethereum is trading at $2,318.

Data from Whale Alert also shows that cryptocurrency whales are moving around non-ETH altcoins such as smart contract platform Solana (SOL), layer 2 scaling solution Polygon (MATIC), and XRP, a digital asset used by payments company Ripple Labs. It shows.

Notable altcoin deals on Whale Alert’s radar include:

  • 500,000 SOL worth $47,042,615 was transferred to Coinbase from an unknown wallet.
  • 113,714 SOL worth $10,709,941 was transferred from Coinbase to an unknown wallet.
  • 48,131,458 MATIC worth $40,822,698 was transferred from an unknown wallet to another unknown wallet.
  • 33,471,499 MATIC worth $28,310,047 was transferred from an unknown wallet to another unknown wallet.
  • 32,619,804 MATIC worth $27,542,219 was transferred from Polygon Stake to an unknown wallet.
  • 20,000,000 XRP worth $12,294,187 was transferred to Bybit from an unknown wallet.
  • 25,200,000 XRP worth $15,540,992 was transferred to Bitso from an unknown wallet.
  • 24,900,000 XRP worth $15,344,041 was transferred to Bitstamp from an unknown wallet.

SOL, MATIC, and XRP are trading at $94.69, $0.854, and $0.618, respectively, at the time of writing.
