hello. I’m having trouble withdrawing BTC from Ionomy. I emailed customer support and was told it was a technical glitch. There has been no update since then despite sending several emails. You can no longer send your cryptocurrency to them in case you are unable to withdraw it. Does anyone know who I can contact, including the CEO? This has been happening since November 18th.
